I've been using baby oil as a makeup remover fr like a month? I ran out of makeup remover and I read that baby oil is a possible alternative, and at the same time it moisturizes your skin too. Johnson baby oil may leave your skin a little oily after applying, but after washing your face with water, it doesn't remain oily anymore. Furthrmore, it's cheap, mineral oil, and it removes the most stubborn eye makeup ever in a gentle wipe.


I've not been experiencing any negative side effects so far? Ironically, it improves my skin condition tgtr with my facial cleanser (I'm nt gna chnge my facial cleanser anymore!! It's good aft judging frm two months' usage)


But out of curiosity and extreme boredom (might be due t studying but it's not like I studied a lot too -_-), I went t google if baby oil is a good makeup remover. Many people use it t remove eye makeup too. Reviews said it's good as it removes your makeup rly quickly and effectively.


But then I found negative reviews too!
They claimed that baby oil is good fr short-term use but may produce negative side effects in the long run! Like clogged pores, dry eyelids and whatsoever.


I dont rly know about clogged pores, but my pores hv become visibly smaller!!! Dont know if I shd listen t the negative reviews. Ah but just t play safe, I guess I shd. After all, baby oil wasn't even meant t be a makeup remover in the first place (but it rly removes all kinds of dirt!!). Okay so Im gna stop using it as a makeup remover already, but use it occasionally t moisturize my skin. Gna chnge back t my old one.


HAHAHA.


P/s: Anyway girls!! Do NOT use waterproof eye makeup. Lasting lah, but I read reviews from eye doctors saying that they may leave harmful small particles on your eyelid even though it may not be evident aft cleaning your eye make-up off.
